Dr. R. Nijjar has a remarkable way of applying her skills of dentisty.She's soft spoken, caring and willing to listen to ones complaints. She's knowledgeable to a great extend...and many admire her expertise,at least I do.Her wait staff are quite friendly and caring, actually. Dr Nijjar and staff attitude are never snooty towards us Veterans,PAHCS-VA. I for one, don't do well with certain,if not most dentists,but the attitude of Nijjar Ruchi DDS/ wait staff are nonpretensions,which bring me an attitude of gratitude,instead of apprehension...
