Providing scenic excursions aboard terrific old trains, Niles Canyon Railway offers 90-minute round trip rides along the rebuilt historic rail line running through beautiful Niles Canyon. Travelers take in the lovely canyon scenery, offering spectacular views of wildflowers, wild turkeys and other flora and fauna from inside antique passenger cars, pulled by diesel or steam locomotives. Excursions depart from both the Niles Depot in Fremont and the Sunol Depot in Sunol.
